An additional 1,100 yen will be added for remote islands and some areas including Hokkaido and Okinawa.

After completing the order reception processing at our store, we will send you an order reception email with the corrected shipping fee.
Delivery timeAs a general rule, we will ship within 3 business days from the order date (settlement completion).

About returned goods and defective products[Return deadline/conditions]
When the ordered product arrives, please first check if it is the same product as the ordered product.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・If the "delivery note" is lost or not sent.
